Scope of Work:

A business transient hotel, Retro was tasked with positioning the property as a destination hotel for leisure travelers through creative and thoughtful marketing strategies as the market experiences growth with the addition of new hotel inventory.

Project Overview:

The Holbrook Hotel is a vibrant blend of history and modern luxury, situated at the heart of Danville’s historic Old West End and Holbrook-Ross neighborhoods. Originally the “Doctors Building” and listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and the Virginia Landmarks Register, this 1957 landmark has been meticulously restored and reimagined as The Holbrook in 2023. With its stylish mid-century modern design, The Holbrook offers 45 spacious rooms that create a bright, residential retreat, perfect for both short and extended stays. The hotel provides a unique opportunity to experience Danville’s rich past while enjoying contemporary comforts.
