Internships

Retro Hospitality is looking to expand our team this summer with enthusiastic and motivated college students!

Retro Hospitality’s internship program includes training and professional experience in hotel operations – front desk, guest services, housekeeping, sales & events management, and food & beverage (departments vary by property).  Individuals should be pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

Learning Goals:  

• Gain hands-on operational and leadership experience while expanding knowledge of the hospitality industry.  

• Apply current hospitality trends and techniques to practical work projects. 

• Enhance communication skills and strength problem-solving skills.  

Overall Skills and Expectations:  

• Be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  

• Think outside the box and be willing to shift focus quickly.  

• Provide guests with a personalized customer experience.
